Promises and Pearls was created by Michelle Barrionuevo-Mazzini, owner of MB Wedding Design and Events and Beverly Yip, owner of Especially Yours Chair Covers in 2007. The boutique style soiree is a one of a kind event that allows couples to find wedding resources in a low-key, yet swanky environment. Designed to focus on brides and grooms who know what they want and don’t want to endlessly shop around, only one or two vendors per category are invited each year to participate. We pride ourselves in showcasing only the finest event professionals in each category. Each professional is hand-picked by Michelle and Beverly and participation is by invitation only. After three years of producing such a successful event, we continue to inspire those couples who dream big and love whole heartedly.

MB Wedding Design & Events is a boutique wedding planning and event design firm based in San Francisco. We specialize in elegant, sophisticated and chic celebrations for the modern bride. The company was founded by Michelle Barrionuevo-Mazzini in 2003 and offers an array of services from Full Wedding Planning and Event Design to Destination Wedding Planning. Michelle believes in creating stylish events that are custom tailored to each individual's unique style and vision.

Her creative eye and flair has helped many couple's transcend their hopeful visions into fabulous wedding day realities. Especially Yours Chair Covers
Especially Yours Chair Covers and Linens is a full service Chair Covers, Chivari Chairs and Linen rental business, founded by Beverly Yip in 2004. We offer custom made chair covers and sashes to the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, hotels, golf resorts, clubs and restaurants alike. Our clients include individual brides and grooms, wedding planners and catering managers at hotels who seek to turn an ordinary ballroom into a grand ballroom with elegant décor.

Our work has been published in wedding magazines such as The Knot, Today’s Bride and Your Wedding Day. Most recently, Especially Yours was recognized as one of the Top 10 companies by the 2009 USPAACC Education Foundation and Wells Fargo Asian Business Leadership Award for vision, success and community contributions in the country. Beverly Yip is a proud member and second term Board of Directors co-program chair for the San Francisco Chapter of National Association of Catering Executives.
